Return Policy

Your satisfaction matters to us. If something is wrong with your order, we will make it right.
Our Return Policy
Due to the nature of lip products and hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges on opened products. All sales are final once a product has been used or opened.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we will gladly replace it or issue a full refund. To be eligible:
- Contact us within 7 days of receiving your order
- Provide your order number and a photo of the damaged or incorrect item
- Reach out via email or WhatsApp (see below)
Once we verify the issue, we will send a replacement or process a full refund within 5–7 business days.
Lost or Stolen Packages
We are not responsible for packages lost or stolen after delivery confirmation. If your tracking shows delivered but you haven't received your order, please contact your local USPS office and reach out to us — we'll do our best to help resolve the situation.
Order Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase as long as they have not shipped. After that, we are unable to cancel the order. Contact us as soon as possible if you need to cancel.
