How long does shipping take? +
Standard shipping takes 5–7 business days. Express shipping takes 2–3 business days. Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment is confirmed.
Do you ship outside the US? +
Currently we ship within the United States only. We're working on expanding to international shipping soon — follow us on Instagram for updates.
When do I get free shipping? +
Orders of $25 or more qualify for free standard shipping automatically — no code needed. Just add your items and the free shipping option will appear at checkout.
How do I track my order? +
Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with your tracking number. You can also view your order status anytime in your account under My Orders.
Are your products really vegan? +
Yes, 100%. All Jonara Beauty products are made with plant-based, cruelty-free ingredients. No animal byproducts, no animal testing — ever.
What is your return policy? +
Due to hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on opened lip products. If your product arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 7 days and we'll send a replacement or issue a full refund. See our full Return Policy for details.
